Into the Wildwood
I think the wild is a bit like life — frightening sometimes but beautiful.
~ Charlie Mackery
Hello! My name is Aletheia (aka., the inner wild) and I’m the creator of Into the Wildwood. I’m a neurodivergent (HSP) introvert, old soul, and mystic-at-heart who lives in Perth, Australia.
I’m a survivor of fundamentalist religious abuse, numerous mental health issues, and have been on a healing journey of spiritual awakening since 2011. (You can read more about my story here.)
During the day, I work as a writer, creator, educator, and inner guide for my other passion project lonerwolf.com. I have also published numerous popular books and journals such as The Spiritual Awakening Process, Inner Child Journal, Shadow Work Journal, and more.
Into the Wildwood was born on the threshold between 2022 and 2023, and focuses on soul work, art therapy, trauma healing, mindful living, guidance, and more. The name “Into the Wildwood” itself symbolizes the archetypal journey into the wild landscapes of the body, heart, mind, and soul – which is where all transformation, healing, and growth occurs.
I hope you enjoy my monologues! And don’t forget to subscribe below if you want to stay connected ❤️
